At Gnomies, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find important details about how we handle shipping and delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat-rate and real-time calculated shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, based on your location and the weight of your package.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Gnomies is not responsible for delays or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at elimoreno-founder@gnomieshop.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We care about your experience and will work with you if your package goes missing or arrives damaged. If your order is lost or arrives in poor condition, please contact us at elimoreno-founder@gnomieshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
If your purchase includes pre-order or made-to-order items, these will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page. You’ll receive an update when they are shipped.
